Site Inspector / Architect - KGOC Projects
KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is seeking a Site Inspector / Architect with experience in buildings construction.
Primary Objectives
Develop and manage construction and completions capabilities across PMC projects, ensuring design integrity is maintained while overseeing project execution.
Responsibilities
- Promote construction involvement in technical design, scheduling, preliminary execution planning, and cost estimating.
- Maintain understanding of the capabilities and workload of construction support providers and contractors.
- Manage all construction and completions personnel.
- Supervise construction engineers.
- Ensure technical competence of construction personnel.
- Forecast and allocate construction engineering resources.
- Prepare man-hour estimates for project tasks.
- Encourage cost reduction and productivity improvements.
- Provide technical supervision to construction engineers during project execution.
- Prepare weekly progress and expenditure reports.
- Adhere to Quality Assurance guidelines.
- Follow safety procedures and promote personal safety practices.
Qualifications, Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- At least 15 years of total post-graduation experience
- Minimum 10 years in buildings construction
- At least 5 years in a Lead or Senior Construction role
