Overview
Alghanim Academy - HR, Compensation & Benefits (Full-time opportunity).
Supporting various aspects of Compensation and Benefits operations within the organization. This includes conducting analysis for salary and benefits changes, performing job analysis and evaluation, managing position specifications, assisting in review cycles for salary increments and bonuses, handling enrollment and deletions in medical plans, addressing queries related to compensation and benefits, and providing operational support to the Rewards team.
Job Responsibilities- Conducting promotion analysis by reviewing requests for changes in salary and benefits, ensuring data accuracy, obtaining necessary approvals, and identifying any inconsistencies with company policy.
- Conducting job analysis and evaluation using methodologies like Korn Ferry to determine the value and level of new positions and communicating the results within the C&B team to ensure alignment and clarity in job roles and hierarchies.
- Reviewing specifications of position creation requests and creating the position in the system (TH).
- Providing support during merit review cycles, including assisting in the salary increment and bonus review process by compiling and verifying necessary data such as annual earnings and bonus eligibility.
- Providing support in managing employee enrollment and deletions in group medical plans, including validating employee eligibility to maintain the integrity of the benefits programs.
- Assisting employees and HRBPs with inquiries related to compensation and benefits matters in line with company policies and procedures to provide accurate and timely responses.
- Providing support to the rewards team in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth delivery of HR services to the business, including data management, reporting, and administrative support.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and job evaluations.
- Understanding of compensation principles and practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools for managing compensation and benefits data.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees, HRBPs, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data management and analysis.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive compensation and benefits information.
