Job Description
- Assist the customers in identifying their needs by detemining their skin type, skincare concerns and style preferences.
- Achieved the assigned sales target as per the department objectives and maintains customer satisfaction.
- Propose the applicable products to customers based on the customer's needs, preferences, and budget
- Explain product features to consumers, including utilization methods, in addition to providing product demos.
- Respond to all customer questions and handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Execute the exchanges or refund customer requests, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and that customers are assisted in finding the appropriate products as needed
- Responsible for store payment methods such as cash, credit cards, and occasionally vouchers, as well as maintaining the balance to the register after the shift and storing funds in a safe
- Assist in preparing the store regularly for planned or unplanned events or celebrities' visits to announce Korea town products on social media platforms.
- Inform store managers about the level of stock, out-of-stock, replenishment, or product expiration date regularly to place orders as needed in coordination with the warehouse department.
- Deliver and check warehouse products before adding pricing and replenishment.
- Assist in executing visual merchandising for presenting the products on standard Korea Town regulations including hygiene, and tester availability to foster customer traffic and sales growth.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Transferable Visa in Kuwait
- Proven experience in sales, Retail, or related field may be preferred
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.

Overview of the role
The Beauty Advisor is primarily responsible for selling products through courteous, friendly, caring, efficient service and accurate on time execution of merchandise display and promotion. They should exhibit full product knowledge to engage and satisfy customers that will impact sales and ultimately drive business growth.
What you will do
Profit Financial
- Recommends appropriate products and provides information highlighting the Features, Advantages and Benefits to the customers.
- Assists in locating, selecting and purchasing desired products based on preferred brand, variant and colour of the customer.
- Utilizes appropriate selling techniques such as suggestive selling, upselling and cross selling to increase ATV (Average Transaction Value)
- Monitors availability of GOBE products.
- Ensures proper safekeeping of all store merchandise to prevent shoplifting, damages and pilferages.
- Monitors and updates reports on product shelf life.
Commercial
- Ensures products on display are replenished as needed with complete shelf tag price, price tags.
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area.
- Complies with all set customer service standards (e.g. Smile and Greet, Offers Basket etc.)
- Attend to all customer queries and needs.
- Resolves customer complaints guided by set customer service standards and within scope of control.
- Prepares and sets up store promotion by utilizing Marketing Collaterals to effectively communicate store promotions
Process

What You'll Be Doing
Our Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and to use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Our Beauty Consultant is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of products and merchandising. Our Consultant is also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms of grooming.

- Track post-launch sales at store level
- Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the brand guidelines

- Ensure stock receipt as per set procedures
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry

To provide
exceptional customer service
by identifying customer needs, offering expert beauty advice, and demonstrating products in line with brand standards. The Beauty Consultant will focus on building long-term customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an elevated store environment that reflects the luxury image of the brand. Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Line Manager. Deliver personalised beauty advice and exceptional service to meet customer needs. Maintain grooming and conduct standards in line with the brand’s luxury image. Provide beauty treatments as per the Beauty Room training and manual. Ensure the beauty room is maintained to standards and ready for use at all times. Merchandise products according to guidelines, ensuring correct stock rotation. Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards, including window displays and product presentation. Monitor daily stock levels and recommend replenishment as required. Accurately complete administrative tasks, including updating customer database records. Follow all company policies and procedures. Actively identify opportunities to increase sales through link selling and upselling. Promote in-store campaigns and special offers to customers. Education & Certification High school education or equivalent. Experience 1–2 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry. Skills & Attributes Passion for beauty and luxury brands. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide tailored beauty advice. Strong sales orientation and customer focus.
