We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of juices, coffee and tea. He/she should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should also be able to work various shifts.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly as they enter and give them the café menus
- Take orders while paying attention to details
- Prepare beverages following the company maintained recipes
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, and specialty drinks.
- Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries etc
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently (cash and cards)
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee equipment effectively and safely
- Check if all the equipment’s operates properly and report any maintenance malfunctions or issues to the supervisor
- Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café, including the beverage preparation area, service counter, and seating areas
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies to avoid shortages or wastage

**Requirements and skills**
- Diploma in food training or relevant training is a plus
- 2+ plus years’ working experience
- Usage of POS system and taking payment by cards and cash
- Previous work experience as a Barista is a must
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Knowledge of preparing different kind of juices, coffee and tea
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Ability to understand customers’ preferences
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
