Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Possess quality management system knowledge in accordance with applicable industry and current ISO 9001 quality standard requirements.
- Possess the ability to analyze, evaluate, and recommend improvements in quality system processes (use of Lean / Six Sigma DMAIC methodologies preferred).
- Capable of developing management level presentations and reports.
- Requires a collaborative work style that fosters cooperation and teamwork.

Job Description
To supervise corporate quality assurance program for results in terms of product quality and conformance to internal as well as external (such as suppliers, regulators, etc.) policies, procedures, and international best practices related to food safety and quality. Formulate Food Safety & Quality SOPs & Forms. Provide Food Safety & Quality SOP Trainings to F&B personnel. Supervise / conduct Food Safety & Quality Audits to ensure timely performance of activities as per the set quality procedures. Inspect facilities, equipment, products, or production lines to ensure food is prepared according to safety & quality standards. Investigate Food Safety & Quality Complaints. Oversee corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) implementation and documentation. Maintain a “floor presence” in the production facility. Ensure maintenance and sanitation of the facility is in compliance with food safety requirements. Collaborates with stakeholders to continually improve capability and process efficiency. Perform Supplier Quality Audits and submit reports. Maintain Food Safety & Quality Certifications. Handle audits by internal or external parties. Skills -Certification on HACCP and/or ISO 22000:2018 or equivalent Competency in use of MS Office programs especially Word, Power-point, and Excel Verbal and written communication (including report writing) skills (bilingual preferred) Critical thinking and analytical skills Time management Sound judgment, self-reliant and self-motivated Reasonable business acumen

Assist in the development of quality system documentation (procedures, work instructions, etc.). Coordinate activities related to quality with supervisors. Act as the Quality Assurance help desk to assist departments/projects in interpreting and implementing procedures. Prepare Monthly QA/QC reports for management. Monitor, collect, and update required reports. Responsible for updating and maintaining QMS documents on the server and the signed originals. Adhere to safety regulations as per HSE policy/manual. Comply with Non-Disclosure policies as per CGC Non-Disclosure Procedure and Kuwait labor law. Maintain a safe workplace. Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in any discipline. Certifications
Trained Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor to ISO 9001 standard. Conditions of Employment
1 to 4 years of work experience in Quality Auditing, systems, and processes. Skills
