Job Description - Project Manager - Construction (Remediation) (AHM00OL) – Worley, Kuwait. We are hiring for a Leader, Construction / Construction Project Manager to join the Ahmadi, Kuwait team to extend management of the KERP program for five more years. We are focused on transforming contaminated sites into thriving ecosystems through sustainable environmental restoration, with extensive experience removing contamination and remediating materials.
What you'll do- Management, control, coordination and supervision services for the assigned project, including budget formulation, cost control and quality assurance.
- Manage support services for supervising and directing engineering, procurement and construction contractors appointed by the Client.
- Manage services for Oil & Gas production activities including start-up and initial operations assistance, and support for operational personnel and systems as required by the Client.
- Report to the Line Manager and deputize as needed with a proven track record of managing multi-projects in design, engineering and construction in the oil and gas industry.
- Develop the overall strategy for soil remediation in assigned areas, including contracting strategies and contractor management.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities to ensure FEED studies, ITB checks, cost estimates and LSTK tender packages are completed safely, efficiently, cost-effectively and on time.
- Act as the primary technical coordination interface with the client to ensure expectations are satisfied.
- Ensure the project conforms to the client’s approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.
HSE Management
- Maintains HSE focus within the team to ensure OHSE requirements are included in design and procurement.
Client Relationships
- Maintains and builds healthy client relationships.
- Proactively resolves performance, scope and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.
- Identifies, documents, communicates and meets the client’s requirements.
Scope Management
- Compliance with Worley Project Management Plan (WPMP) and contract requirements.
- Effective change control process application.

Cost Control
