Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years of experience in disciplines such as Operations, Planning, Process, Marketing, HSE, MIS within the Oil industry, with exposure to Risk Management, methodologies/frameworks, risk modeling, and quantification.
Responsible for daily risk management activities, reviewing risk reports, and developing and maintaining the company’s ERM Model.
Experience in Risk Management (Qualification & Quantification) and Risk Assessment.
Knowledge of HSE systems and procedures.

Overview: Responsible for the definition, management and support of the database environments associated with the Production project implementation under general supervision of the technical lead. Able to implement and maintain project data model including managing the performance, integrity and security of databases. Capable of making effective and efficient decisions regarding database models and infrastructure. . Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements: Completion of a graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or MIS Certification in related tool e.g. SQL, .NET, Oracle is desirable. 5+ years of experience implementing and managing databases; excellent team working capabilities; Oil and gas domain experience is desirable. Develops and maintains project data model. Develops and maintains DB connections to Landmark infrastructure including DB administration. Manages and supports databases including developing required queries and stored procedures. Establishes the needs of users and monitoring user access and security Assists team with the debugging and optimization of SQL queries and stored procedures. Ongoing database performance tuning and upgrades, including monitoring and evaluation of all database patches and service packs Designs and manages database import / export processes used to populate test databases and global data marts. Builds automated build scripts Develops and maintains ETL / programs to transform multiple data sources (Structured / unstructured data, OPC / PI real time data) to project database . Skills Understanding of relational databases and concepts Experience with TSQL and PL/SQL Good working with SQL server/Oracle/Postgres Proven experience with system analysis and database design Proven experience with ETL Experience with backup/recovery and DBA Good understanding of data security Experience working in VDB design and implementation Experience with .NET and any programming language is desirable. Job Responsibilities
Prepares material takeoffs on the most complex projects, drawings, and plans. Reviews takeoffs provided by the Engineering Department and checks for mathematical and technical accuracy. Develop procedures for the preparation of estimates for modifications and additions to the onshore and offshore facility. Prepare and/or supervise the preparation of estimates in accordance with the approved procedure for all phases of the works from the agreed engineering deliverables to the appropriate level of accuracy. Receive the engineering estimate from the lead/project engineer for each modification/addition and incorporate into the overall estimate for all phases of the work. Prepare rationale statements to support the estimate identifying areas of weakness and or areas of risk. Carry out validation and verification of the estimates using high level norms and by comparing with previous estimates, outcome costs and vendor prices. Continuously monitor the performance of the estimating process as part of the KPIs for the contract. From evaluation of the KPI data identify and make recommendations for improvement of the process. Assists in training, developing, and maintaining a staff of estimators qualified to carry out departmental and project needs. Assigns estimating personnel to projects and supervises their activities, reviewing work produced for accuracy. Reviews contractual documents and modifications to determine scope of work and scope of changes. Assists project management with preparation of schedules for estimate preparation, review, and publication. Develops forms, formats, and procedures to improve the quality of work produced in the Department. Interfaces directly with clients. Leads a small estimating organization of 1 to 4 employees who are qualified to perform capital cost estimating requirements. Serves as a part of the Company’s Quality Improvement Team. Accumulates, evaluates, and documents historical cost data and construction procedures and methods in order to maintain current estimating standards and data bases. Completes other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc. Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the BU, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Qualifications
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Responsible for Cost & Estimating functions as required for the execution of the Projects. Must have proven track record in Cost & Estimation in civil construction or Road or similar projects.
