About the Role:If you’re looking for a role with variety, this is it. As a Key Accounts Manager your main focus will be to drive sales development across a number of clients. You’ll work alongside the Sales Manager to build brilliant relationships with a breadth of clients define sales strategies, targets, programs, commercial initiatives and promotional policies.
Main Responsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for managing Key Accounts and the Key Account (KA) team to drive achievement and development across the channel. You will identify growth drivers for clients and develop tailored client plans that align with the country’s commercial policy, while also directly engaging with clients to negotiate, prepare, and present contracts. You will ensure the successful implementation of promotional plans and communicate customer channel strategies and activities, offering insights to support local development and problem-solving. Additionally, you will manage client credits and conduct performance analyses to design and implement solutions such as new initiatives, pricing strategies, and profit-mix adjustments.
You will oversee the proper execution of promotions and commercial conditions agreed upon during negotiations, monitor product pricing—including competitor activity—and maintain strong trade relationships to stay informed about market dynamics. Sales forecasting and performance monitoring for clients will also be part of your responsibilities.
Budget management is a key aspect of the role, requiring you to ensure alignment between budget execution and business objectives. You will propose forecasts for commercial costs, structural expenses, and sales volume budgets.
Collaboration is essential, and you will work closely with Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Finance teams to ensure cohesive execution of channel strategies and commercial activities.
Who we are looking for:We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Marketing and at least three years of experience in a similar role. A proven track record in sales and consistently meeting targets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in category, customer, and channel marketing, and possess strong knowledge of commercial and office software such as Excel and PowerPoint. A solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L) management is also required, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Fluency in English is essential.
