**Position Summary**:
Responsible to stay constantly engaged with Starbucks Branded Solutions clients and Alshaya brand clients, as guardian of brand standards in execution, control, quality, presentation, and overall Starbucks brand representation. Create value to optimize business opportunities in the most efficient manner leveraging on the set of resources available. Contribute to the overall achievement of the annual sales plan through achieving operational controls and quality. Overall, the executive will be responsible for providing consultative support and service to existing and new Starbucks Branded Solutions Accounts primarily PSS to ensure revenue growth quality and profitability.

**A day in the life of.**:
Duties relating Customer Relationship Management:

- Monitoring and evaluating clients to ensure that quality standards and marketing material are met and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Coaching to specified accounts adapting your style and content to meet specific accounts needs.
- Conduct spot checks and brand audits to assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with Customer Development Management to schedule new and existing accounts brand visits. Coach the team to enhance their performance and improve skills on PSS execution and ensure controls in place and where required WPS locations.
- Supports execution of new business won by channel team - new accounts integrated into Ledger.
- Works with Coordinators, Customer Development & other teams to provide excellent reports and stock reports and requirements, customer support, relationship management and product delivery.
- Develops best in class understanding of customer / zone including the ability to articulate Starbucks customers’ own commercial goals and KPIs. Understands the value that Starbucks contributes to these goals.
- Leads effort to maximize satisfaction, retention, and reference ability of customers.

Duties relating to account management and training.
- Responsible for approximately 40 -60 approx. accounts in a designated region dependent on volume and geographical location.
- Responsible for order submission, stock take and audit within existing customer ledger.
- Responsible for training at site and launch support.
- Performs customer feedback, audits quality, and owns world class service to all customers within region.

**What will make you successful**:

- A graduate degree of diploma is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience with Customer Service focus - Retail operations, Hospitality, coffee knowledge a benefit.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong, effective internal & external winning relationships.
- Excellent presentation & negotiation skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- High personal drive & commitment to achieve required results.
- A valid driving license for the respective market.

The Government Relations Officer manages all official and legal registration of the company and all its employees, whilst keeping abreast with all the government rules and legislations, and acts as a direct link between the government offices and the company.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE **
- To maintain a thorough knowledge on the Local Labor Law, ensuring understanding on current information of the country's regulations, and delivering it to all the employees across the OPC through monthly knowledge-transfer.
- To act as a liaison officer to all the government bodies and ministry offices, whilst establishing strong relations with stakeholders, and collaborating and communicating successfully with other entities outside of the business.
- To monitor, coordinate and communicate updates on current legal cases, acting as a liaison officer between MANCOM and the Company Attorney, and all relevant stakeholders.
- To manage the processing of all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of immigration office, ministry of social affairs, ministry of foreign affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations.
- To ensure all employee files and digital files are complete and up-to date with the official documents for each employee: Residency Copies, Passport Copies, Civil ID, Work permits, Health Card
- To ensure on time and proper renewal of all business licenses prior to expiry, and to communicate to the stakeholders for any updates.
- To support the employees in obtaining or completing all necessary formalities with the embassies and local authorities.
- To ensure preparation, collection and submission of all necessary documents as required by the government for the cancellation of visas/work permits, etc as necessary.
- Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestlé Instructions and local country codes. Ensure as well compliance with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.

- Must have experience in a similar role for minimum 2-3 years.
