Rashmi Group is seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Engineer with a specialization in pipes to join our dynamic team across key regions including Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Libya. This is a full-time onsite position focused on driving sales, managing client relationships, and delivering technical solutions to support large-scale infrastructure and government projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the water infrastructure, construction, and government sectors.
· Manage the complete sales process from lead generation and proposal development to deal closure and post-sale support.
· Provide technical expertise and product knowledge, especially for DI (Ductile Iron), PVC, EPVC, and OPVC pipes.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, government bodies, contractors, and consultants.
· Support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, product demos, and bid/tender preparation.
· Handle high-volume project sales and support project-specific requirements.
· Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategies and offerings.
· Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, and customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical/Civil preferred).
· Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically in pipes and water infrastructure products.
· Proven track record in handling government or irrigation projects and high-value project sales.
· Strong understanding of DI, PVC, EPVC, and OPVC pipe systems and applications.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to travel within assigned regions (Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Libya) as required.
· Experience working with ministries and obtaining product approvals is a strong plus.
