Vitelco provides IT services on CRM, Billing, Middleware, Mobile VAS, Business Intelligence and Big Data applications in Finance and Telecom sector since 2014. We are looking forward to working with a Reporting and Analytics Specialist who will take a role in our international projects in the telecommunication sector. We are seeking a skilled Analytics and Reporting Specialist to join our team, responsible for providing critical insights and comprehensive reporting on marketing campaigns and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities. This role involves analyzing campaign performance, generating actionable insights, and delivering reports that drive data-informed decisions to optimize customer engagement and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis:
Analyze data from various sources to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and CLM activities. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights. Reporting:
Develop and deliver detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, including key performance indicators (KPIs), return on investment (ROI), and overall impact on customer lifecycle. Prepare regular dashboards and performance summaries for stakeholders. Campaign Performance Measurement:
Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns for both Postpaid and Prepaid segments by tracking metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth. Customer Insights:
Use data analytics to understand customer behavior, preferences, and segmentation. Provide recommendations to enhance campaign strategies and improve customer experiences. Data Management:
Ensure accurate data collection, storage, and management. Maintain data integrity and validate sources to ensure reliable reporting. Tool Utilization:
Leverage advanced analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SAS, HCL Unica, Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, or similar) to analyze data and generate reports. Stay updated on the latest analytics technologies and methodologies. Collaboration:
Work closely with the Campaign Managers and other team members to align reporting with campaign goals and objectives. Support the team with data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimization. Trend Analysis:
Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide context for campaign performance and customer behavior. Integrate external data sources to enhance reporting accuracy. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and methodologies. Implement best practices to streamline data analysis and reporting activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA) is a plus. Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in analytics and reporting roles, preferably within the telecom industry. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Solid understanding of marketing metrics, customer lifecycle management, and campaign performance evaluation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in managing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
