**ROLE PURPOSE**:
As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that empower our organization to make informed decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our business processes are optimized through the use of data analytics and reporting tools.
**THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED IN EITHER PRAGUE OR KUWAIT CITY**
**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse (Azure Synapse) or BI platform. Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Design and implement data models, data marts, and data cubes to support business reporting and analytics needs.
- Development: Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making.
- Continuously monitor and optimize query performance, data loading processes, and report rendering for efficient BI solutions.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and ETL development.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modelling techniques.
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst is essential.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI is essential.
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is desirable
