Responsibilities

  2. To receive Quotation from local suppliers for all departments for Laptops, printers, accessories.etc.
  3. To prepare the Purchase Order (PO) in oracle line by line item and send to supplier after receiving necessary approvals.
  4. To ensure entering the information of PO in supplier portal (for EMC).
  5. To follow up with supplier or the freight forwarder in order to get the shipment status.
  6. To provide Ministry of Communication (MOC) letter to clearing agent in order to clear the shipment from Kuwait customs. (Requires translation of shipping documents in Arabic, catalogue, approval from concerned manager, clearing documents)
  7. To coordinate with the clearing agent providing necessary internal documents for various ministry’s approval (i.e. Telecommunication, PACI, Customs, Environment)in order to deliver the shipment on time.
  8. To prepare the PO report for Marketing and Project accounting team on monthly basis
  9. To approve the PO in oracle for payment.
  10. To attend Internal / External, ISO audits
  11. To prepare documents for reshipment to all regions for external or internal transfers.
  12. To maintain proper filing

To perform duties other than the above, as specified by the Manager and as required by the company and department requirements.

Education & Experience
