About The Role

The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes guests to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience at check-in, during the guest’s stay and on departure. This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during their arrival and departure, plus responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards. This role is part of the Front Office, reporting to the Front Desk Manager.

What You Will Do

  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • Assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interactions with guest will be in person and by phone;
  • Resolves guest complaints, and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service
  • experience for all guests

What You Bring

  • One + years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation
  • Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest service and administrative support.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

Dedicated to delivering professional and guest-centric services, ensure satisfaction by providing the utmost recognition and attention from check-in to departure, making each stay a memorable experience.

Additionally, assist their supervisor in implementing and adhering to operational standards and the hotel's internal policies and procedures.

  • Greet and welcome in a warm and professional manner.
  • Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures.
  • Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Provides accurate information for the services.

Qualifications

Are you the right fit? – The Suitable Talent

  • Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in 5 Start Hotels.
  • Be customer service oriented, reliable and able to react quickly under pressure with a smile.
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Strong organizational skills required

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.

Additional Information

  • Prior experience working with Opera CLOUD, system is an asset.
  • Fluency in English / Arabic Language will be highly preferably.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest service and administrative support.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

Dedicated to delivering professional and guest-centric services, ensure satisfaction by providing the utmost recognition and attention from check-in to departure, making each stay a memorable experience.

Additionally, assist their supervisor in implementing and adhering to operational standards and the hotel's internal policies and procedures.

Greet and welcome in a warm and professional manner. Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures. Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Provides accurate information for the services. Has full knowledge of any special promotion, all internal memos and activities. Attends to guest complaints and refers problem to the manager in charge. Accurately and promptly fulfils guest requests and anticipate needs. Generates additional incremental revenue by using the Up selling techniques. Maintains high confidentiality in regard to guest privacy. Maintains the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, appearance, body language and conduct.

Qualifications

Are you the right fit? – The Suitable Talent

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in 5 Start Hotels. Be customer service oriented, reliable and able to react quickly under pressure with a smile. Strong customer service skills required Strong organizational skills required

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.

Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera CLOUD, system is an asset. Fluency in English / Arabic Language will be highly preferably. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
