to join our mission critical team in Kuwait. Responsibilities:
Candidate will have knowledge in computer system maintenance, assorted software versions and enhancements, analysis and test.
Subject matter expert level knowledge with configuration management, installation practices and regulations, research and identify replacement Logical Replacement Units (LRU) for equipment and system upgrades of proprietary systems, and quality assurance practices and requirements.
Knowledge in Electromagnetic Capability (EMC) and the functional application of Electromagnetic Interference/Radio Frequency Interference (EMI/RFI) analysis.
Conduct maintenance to LENEL (On-Guard) security equipment and peripherals.
Conduct maintenance on the installed electronic security system at all supported MSCs.
Installation and maintenance on a variety of GSA Electromechanical Locks (X-09, X10, LKM 10K etc.) and GSA storage containers and vaults.
Qualifications:
US Citizen
Active TS/SCI clearance required
Associate degree in Electronics or related field from an accredited college/university with eight years’ experience in physical security systems; or 10 years of Military or civilian equivalent technical training.
Required to have at least two years’ experience working with unique software applications, and experience working with server configuration, administration and network support.
Maintain ADVANTOR License Authorization and requisite training level to conduct maintenance to ADVANTOR ESS.
Maintain GSA Certified Safe and Vault Technician Certification.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Systems Engineer to join our growing team. You will design, implement, and optimize integrated physical security solutions—CCTV, access control, biometric gates, perimeter devices, facial recognition, and metal detection….etc—while proactively driving business growth and expanding our company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities
System Design & Engineering Design comprehensive security system architectures based on client needs, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter protection (road blockers, bollards, gates), video analytics, facial recognition, and metal detectors. Develop detailed technical specifications, BOQs, and scopes of work. Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses to guide system design. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices. Project Execution & Management Oversee system installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Provide technical guidance to installation teams. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting; manage technical documentation (as-built drawings, manuals, maintenance logs). Conduct client/team training on system operation and maintenance. Business Development & Growth Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities; build strong client relationships. Collaborate with the team on technical proposals, tender responses, and presentations. Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions. Track KPIs: proposals submitted, conversion rates, revenue growth. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows. Maintenance & Support Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Provide responsive technical support for system issues. Manage vendor relationships and support system upgrades.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Security Engineering. 5–10 years of experience in integrated physical security systems. Hands-on knowledge of CCTV , access control, intrusion detection, biometric & perimeter security, and security networks (TCP/IP, VLAN). Strong documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical info for non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated business development or sales support experience. Valid Kuwaiti driving license preferred. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency highly advantageous.

CAC/PKI Local Registration Authority (LRA) Information Security Specialist – Senior Kuwait Full-time Description As a CAC/PKI Local Registration Authority (LRA) Information Security Specialist, you will provide services in support of the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract. As a member of the CAC/PKI Registration Authority (LRA) operations team, you will provide token issuance, sustainment, maintenance, and revocation to the Army customer.
