- • Ensure the achievement of store sales budget

Key Accountabilities
• Empowered by the Retail Director/Area Manager/City Manager:
- -Guarantee the store profitability
- - Create the vision and tone for the store while at the same time driving a highly successful and profitable business with the partnership of both Regional/Corporate managements
- - Develop and implement business action plans to maximize sales for each product category and clients tier segment
- - Maintain a high sell through
- - Ensure the implementation and execution of all company initiatives within the store
- • Ensure that the highest level of client service is provided motivating and challenging the Staff (FoH and BoH)
- • Guarantee the full organization of company assets, for both the BoH and FoH guidelines
- • Communicate company set KPIs and identify strategies to ensure that the performance standards are met
- • Lead daily store meetings to communicate current business trends, relevant updates and motivate the store employees to perform
- • Manage and support stock levels through direct communication with key business departments
- • Assure stock fill-in on basics and purchase assortment to achieve store goals
- • Lead the CRM processes in order to:
- - guarantee the execution of the company’s CRM initiatives
- - develop opportunities with loyal and potential clients
- • Ensure Learning and Development activities for the store employees:
- - overseeing training conducted by other Staff members ensuring that product knowledge, client service, systems, procedures and teamwork are adequately covered
- - in collaboration with HR L&D, preparing individual development plans for the Staff, which include clear, measurable goals and performance reviews on timely bases
- - conducting or supervising monthly coaching sessions with the store employees to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback
- • Provide the store schedules and leadership zoning, to ensure adequate floor coverage and timely submission of payroll records for all employees
- • Recap monthly store performance, reporting current business trend to cover every aspect of the business, as well as, competitors’ performance
- • Monitor store expenses and maintain store operating budget while aiming to reduce overall cost
- • Oversee the processing of daily incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipments

- Market knowledge including services, competitors and market rates
- Strong customer orientation and commercial mindset

Job Description
Reports To: Commercial Manager, GM
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Accounts, Cooperatives, Horeca & Ecommerce
- Effectively track, grow, and maintain positive sales for the company’s brands across main channels using a data-driven approach assigned by management.
- Follow, enforce, and track the Standard Operating Procedures set by the Commercial Manager to ensure a smooth sales pipeline and category-wise targets.
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with existing and new customers.
- Implement new creations, promotions, primary display, and secondary display as per brand requirements.
- Maintain communication with all outlets regarding day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate with Sales Supervisors on planograms, sales reviews by outlet, new implementations, clerical issues, and space constraints.
- Ensure products are displayed in a first-in, first-out manner and expiry dates are managed.
- Study and control return ratios.
- Identify and close deals with new customers.
- Increase profile and product range for existing customers.
Sales Team / Distribution Team
- Coordinate effective strategies to lower costs through efficient route planning by location and increase store productivity (better displays, improved merchandising skills).
- Conduct timely meetings on sales data/dashboard monthly and assign targets based on customer ratings such as sell-out rate, return ratio, and MSL.
- Coordinate on-ground activities with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow.
Skills
- Open to Indian nationals.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a reputed FMCG distribution company.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; bilingual candidates preferred.
- Well-networked and endorsed within the FMCG industry.

· Proven exposure to multimodal transport, export/import, and special cargo handling (e.g., OOG, military, offshore, rigs, ship spares, oil & gas)
