This position involves selling new or used vehicles (cars, vans, and trucks) on the premises of vehicle sales to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Adhere to the Toyota sales process 100% with every prospect or customer
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs by ensuring an agreed mix of vehicle models and types
- Receive customers on the sales floor, determine vehicle type, quality, and specifications, demonstrate operation of vehicles (including road tests), and convert prospects to buyers
- Cross-sell optional equipment and accessories to customers
