Overview

Sales Executive role at ALSAYER Group

This position involves selling new or used vehicles (cars, vans, and trucks) on the premises of vehicle sales to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Adhere to the Toyota sales process 100% with every prospect or customer
  2. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs by ensuring an agreed mix of vehicle models and types
  3. Receive customers on the sales floor, determine vehicle type, quality, and specifications, demonstrate operation of vehicles (including road tests), and convert prospects to buyers
  4. Cross-sell optional equipment and accessories to customers
  5. Compute sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, discounts, and financing requirements
  6. Prepare quotations and sales contracts and secure required documents from customers (e.g., driving license, civil ID)
  7. Coordinate delivery and registration of vehicles
  8. Research availability of models and optional equipment using computer databases
  9. Follow up on sales leads using prospect lists, referrals, databases, and directories
  10. Ensure efficient vehicle reservation management to maintain a consistent business flow
  11. Comply with all company and departmental policies relating to purchase, registration, insurance, and payment of vehicles by customers
  12. Maintain prospective customer databases and develop relationships with customers and sales contacts; address customer complaints
  13. Document and report customer feedback to management; prepare and submit sales reports
  14. Ensure customer contracts are signed and approved (including specification lists)
  15. Maintain continuous follow-up with customers on new products to meet customer satisfaction
