Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities and close sales targets based on leads that will be provided, through telemarketing, text messages, social media and "walk-ins".
  • Build loyalty and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Advise customers on what classes, coaches, and training locations would be most suitable for their children
  • Maintain a CRM database for communicating with contacts, including mailing lists, contact numbers, and email addresses.
  • Keep up-to-date on locations, timings, and availability of running classes
  • Liaise with the British Academies administration and coaches on the availability of classes and events
  • Reporting to management on Sales Status updates
  • Respond to phone calls at the British Academies
