Job Description
- Handling the process of obtaining the first and second releases from MOH on all of the company’s supplier’s invoices.
- Responsible for collecting, gathering, compiling, and preparing the materials needed for registration and submission to the regulatory authorities.
- Finalize the new registration approval processes with Drug Control for all drugs, medical devices, and related materials.
- Ensure that a company's products comply with MOH regulations.
- Keep up to date with national and international legislation, guidelines, and new regulations that Kuwait applies Drug Control.
- Monitor and set timelines for license variations and registration renewal approvals.
- Negotiate with regulatory authorities and coordinate with the suppliers to provide the requested documents to the local health authorities.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Salmiya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
