**JOB PURPOSE**

Research & Development (R&D) Manager is responsible for those activities necessary to lead new product introductions from concept to release, new supplier development, and coordination with the Production

**Education**; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) would be preferred. (Master’s Degree a plus)

**Experience**: Minimum 15 years of Experience in Electrical Switchboard manufacturing. At least Five years of experience in a similar position

• Formulation of ingredient/process recipes and product-related procedures.
• Building relations with suppliers to explore new ingredients and technologies for new products and ingredient matching purposes.
• Preparation and update of technical specifications and product declarations.
