Ensuring message consistency and brand tone across all outgoing communications. Managing sponsorship communications, partner announcements, and follow-up messaging. Crafting and editing official documents, including sponsorship letters, proposals, and event toolkits. Coordinating external communications with media outlets, journalists, and external partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree from an accredited University. Professional Certificates are an asset.
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PR, Communications, or Event Management, preferably within an educational institution or corporate environment. Experience in planning and supervising events.
