Job Description
- Ensure that all procurement and logistics documents are properly stored, tracked and managed in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure that all procurement and logistics-related documents are properly authorized and approved before being added to the document control system.
- Facilitate the distribution of procurement system and logistics document system to identify and rectify any discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Provide technical support and training to the procurement and logistics teams on the use of the document control system.
- Ensure that procurement and logistics documents are retained in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on the status of procurement and logistics document control activities, including outstanding document requests and approvals.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that the document control system is secured, reliable and user-friendly.
Continuously evaluate and improve the procurement and logistics document control process to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- L OCAL CANDIDATE/MALE (inside Kuwait only with 18 Visa Transferrable)
- University graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experiences; 25-35 years old
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience & related in cable industry is an advantage
- Familiarity with procurement and logistics operations and related document types
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple document control activities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with multiple departments and provide technical support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure that documents are correctly stored and tracked
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and shifting demands
- Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to document retention

The Risk & Project Management Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting Taiba Hospital’s risk management efforts. This includes proactively identifying, analyzing, investigating, and mitigating clinical and operational risks to ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and employees. The role also supports data-driven quality improvement and safety initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, with a focus on regulatory readiness and compliance.

**Purpose**: Under general direction of Quality Manager and/or Lead Auditor, the Document Control Specialist manages, stores and tracks records and documents that are system records created for the contract. Accountable for reviewing changed/revised documents to ensure that changes and the current revision status of documents are identified and effectively disseminated and communicated to all affected Amentum employees.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
Partners and works with process owners to develop, document and revise technical work processes (SOP’s, WI, Forms, and Process Maps).
Ensures documents are compliant with corporate regulations, company SOP’s, and directives.
Reviews documents in a timely manner for adequacy prior to issuing.
Organizes material and completes writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology, edits, standardizes, and or make changes to material prepared by other writers.
Reviews materials and recommends revisions or changes in scope, format, and content.
Archives inactive records and documents.
Provides support in the operation of the organization's ISO 9001 program.
Enhances communication by facilitating team meetings.
Conducts document revision training as required.
Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the Amentum Quality Management System.
Identify and advise leadership regarding problems within technical areas as required.
Ensure Supervisor/Manager is aware of critical issues and able to make appropriate strategic decisions based on information supplied.
