Planning Engineer Required In Mahbula For Managing Projects. we need planning engineer for creating, managing, and monitoring project schedules and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize resource utilization and streamline project workflows.

Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Scheduling: o Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and timelines using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). o Define project milestones, critical paths, and deliverables. o Create resource allocation plans and manage manpower, materials, and equipment schedules. 2. Coordination & Communication: o Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors to collect relevant data for planning and scheduling. o Conduct regular meetings to discuss project progress and address potential delays.

Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding project timelines and resource needs. 3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. o Identify risks, bottlenecks, and deviations from the plan and propose corrective actions. o Generate progress reports, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

4. Cost Estimation & Budgeting: o Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects. o Ensure that the financial aspects of the project align with the schedule and scope. 5. Risk Management: o Analyze potential risks and their impact on schedules and budgets. o Develop mitigation strategies to handle delays or unforeseen issues.

6. Compliance & Documentation: O Ensure that project plans comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies. O Maintain thorough documentation of all planning activities, including changes and updates to schedules.

Work Environment: The role of Planning Engineer may require working both in office settings and on-site to oversee project implementation and align schedules with real-time progress. Reports To: Program Manager / Project Manager / Project Director.

Planning Engineer requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum experience 5 years as a Planning Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

HSE Engineer requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the science fields: The Engineering fields: ( Architecture, Automotive, Biological Science, Civil, Chemical, Computer Science & Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Petroleum ). The science fields: ( Fire & Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedical, Chemistry, Computer Science, Environmental science, Fire Science, Ecology ).
• Must have with Minimum 5 years’ as HSE personnel in the relevant field, which includes minimum two (2) years’ experience in Oil & Gas Industries.
• Must have successfully completed two or more certified HSE course(s) in any category of training in General Industrial Hygiene, ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, ICertOSH, iDipOSH, iDipNEBOSH, CSP, CEP, GSP, QEP, Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS), ASSP Certificate in Global Safety Management or equivalent courses, as appropriate to the designation.
