**Requirements and skills**
- 2-4 years work experience, ideally with **2 years+** professional experience in a strategy and data analysis role.

- Good knowledge of Excel/GSheets
- A good understanding of SQL
- A pragmatic, commercial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Find and connect with villa owners, investors, or developers
- Build partnerships with real estate agents, designers, and architects
- Arrange site visits and explain our services to clients
- Follow up and help close deals
