• We are looking for a maintenance technician for aseptic packaging who will be able to support the plant maintenance department for preventive and corrective maintenance of filling and distribution solutions and equipment by Tetra Pak. You will deliver preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services.
• Participate in the execution of preventive maintenance activities in aseptic packaging.
• Respond to maintenance calls throughout the factory and repair equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting independently on equipment and determine failure reasons through proper root cause analysis.
• Participate in the installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade projects.
• Ensure good working relationships with team members and cross-functional teams.
• Execute all work in accordance with the company's safety regulations and requirements, and comply with all reporting requirements.

• Proven experience as a Tetra Pak Equipment Technician or similar role with a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of at least 3 platforms of Tetra Pak filling equipment:
• TBA/8
• TBA/19
• TBA/22
• A3 Compact flex
• A3 Flex
• A3 Speed
• Technical knowledge of Tetra Pak distribution equipment including Straw Applicator, Cap Applicator, Multi packers, and Cardboard packers.
• Knowledge and skills of automation platforms of GE Fanuc and Allen Bradley.
• Proficient in English.

• Supervisor – Rigging 25 Nos; Diploma - Mechanical Engineering. 08 Years Relevant Gulf Experience in Oil & Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical Field.
• Rotating Equipment Mechanic 25 Nos; 12 years of schooling with 8 years Experience in Overhauling and Maintenance of Rotating Equipment.
• Fabricator 25 Nos; Intermediate, 6 years Relevant experience in Fabrication of all types of Structure and Piping. Experience from Oil & Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical Field.
• Machinist 15 Nos; ITI Machinist, 4 years Relevant experience in Machining in Oil & Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical Field.

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with experience in aseptic packaging to support the Plant Maintenance Department in the preventive and corrective maintenance of Tetra Pak filling and distribution solutions and equipment. This role will be responsible for delivering preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services.

• Respond to maintenance calls throughout the factory and repair equipment as needed.
• Independently troubleshoot equipment and determine failure reasons through proper root cause analysis.
• Inform relevant staff in a timely manner about discovered technical issues and participate in the installation, rebuilding, and upgrade of equipment.
• Keep relevant staff updated on ongoing service activities and issues that may affect time, quality, or performance, ensuring strong collaboration with team members and cross-functional teams.
• Execute all work in strict compliance with the company's safety regulations and requirements.
• Ensure all work meets company standards regarding product quality and food safety.
• Comply with all reporting requirements as per company policies.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience as a Tetra Pak Equipment Engineer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
  
  

• Strong knowledge and understanding of at least three of the following Tetra Pak filling equipment platforms:

• Responsible for upkeep of plant equipment and carry out preventive/ corrective maintenances to improve productivity of manufacturing facilities.
• Follow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) & Safety regulations in day-to-day activities.
• Complete assignments on day to day basis and report deviations and take necessary actions.
• Coordinate with production & logistics team, external contractor teams for specialized system maintenance and project execution.
• Planning and coordinating maintenance engineering work including review of mechanical and electrical engineering specifications, performing engineering review of proposed new equipment designs to assess reliability, ease of maintenance, and availability of replacement parts.
• Liaises with production staff to coordinate repair work, statutory safety inspections and supply of new plant and equipment with production schedules.
• Participates in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

The role will be based in Kuwait and will report to the Maintenance Engineer.

• ITI/DIPLOMA in Electrical.
• 3 years hands on experience in Paint/Chemical industry would be an ideal fit
• Trouble shooting with VFD Panels and starters like DOL, RDOL, STAR-DELTA
• Testing of LT Panels, PCCs, MCCs, & Capacitor Banks
• Maintain balance in work culture and healthy relation with all the employees.
• Should have hands on experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
• Should have English proficiency - Speak, Read & Write
