Job Description: Early Years Foundation Stage Byron Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced female Early Years Foundation Stage teacher to join our team in Kuwait working with a British Curriculum. As an Early Years Foundation Stage teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment where young children can learn and develop.
Start Date September 2025. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver a high-quality, play-based curriculum that meets the needs of all children in the Early Years Foundation Stage
Create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued, and respected
Observe and assess children's development, and use this information to plan next steps in their learning
Work in partnership with parents and carers to support children's learning and development
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and achievements
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities as required
Ensure that the classroom environment is clean, tidy, and well-organized
Support children's personal, social, and emotional development, as well as their physical and cognitive development
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience working with young children in an Early Years Foundation Stage setting
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and assessment framework
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to a new culture and work in a multicultural environment
Native English Speakers with British nationality
