Support the Property’s to maintain the assigned properties. Responsible for the smooth operation of all electrical, to achieve high quality service for the building and tenants. To ensure sub-contractors and specialist contractors carry out the planned and reactive work within the assigned building.

1. Work to ensure the safety of buildings in accordance with the security and safety standards followed within the commercial company Responding to all emergencies within the properties and physical presence at the sites.
2. Respond to all kinds of emergencies at properties under the site supervisor’s responsibility
3. Handle emergencies and regular repairs.
4. Co-ordinate Electrical maintenance
5. Review and assign service requests
6. Inspecting preventative maintenance schedules and quality of work performed is effective.
7. Facilitate quotes for reactive repair works
8. Personally inspect property on a regular basis to ensure all the work is being done properly, safely, and in a timely manner.
9. Ensure reactive work requests are implemented via the helpdesk and works closed when works are completed.
10. Ensure fire safety equipment is operational.
11. Co-ordinate maintenance and repairs to appliances including refrigerators and washing machines where applicable.
12. Ensure in-house technicians carry out their work as instructed and monitor their work and performance.
13. Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner.
14. Ensure plant rooms are maintained and secure.
15. Ensure knowledge sharing among the team .
16. Any other task assigned by management and ability for supporting with multi tasks.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is responsible for designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing high quality work.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least one year of experience. However, we are also open to considering applicants with no experience in this field. The successful candidate must have a good understanding of electrical wiring diagrams and should be able to read and understand electrical drawings. Knowledge of electrical safety standards is also essential.

The responsibilities for this position include designing, developing, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems; performing tests on electrical components; troubleshooting any problems that arise; utilizing computer software to design circuits; conducting safety inspections on existing equipment; and making recommendations for improving efficiency. Good communication skills are essential for this role as the engineer will need to work closely with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
