What You'll Do

  • Management, control, coordination and supervision services as well as assistance for the assigned project inclusive of budget formulation, cost control and quality assurance.
  • Management of support services for supervising and directing engineering, procurement and management of construction contractors appointed by the Client.
  • Management of services for Oil & Gas production activities including start-up and initial operations assistance as well as operational personnel and systems as required by the Client.
  • Reports to the Line Manager and is authorized to deputize for him during his absence with a proven track record of managing multi-projects in general and Design & Engineering and Construction function in particular, in the oil and gas industry
  • Is responsible for developing the overall strategy for soil remediation in the assigned areas, it includes contracting strategies and management of contractors.
  • Manage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects such as FEED (front end engineering design) studies and preparation, ITB (invitation to bid) check estimate preparation, LSTK (lump sum turnkey) tender package preparation are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
  • Act as primary technical coordination interface with client to ensure that the client’s expectations are satisfied.
  • Ensure the project conforms to the client’s approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.

  • Maintains HSE focus within the team to ensure OHSE requirements included in design and procurement.

Client Relationships

  • Maintains and builds healthy client relationships.
  • Proactively resolves performance, scope and schedule issues with the Client as they arises
  • Identifies, documents, communicates and meets the client’s requirements

Scope Management

  • Compliance with WPMP (Worley Project Management Plan)
  • Compliance with requirements of the contract.
  • Effective change control process application.
  • Achievement of claims mitigation and claims management if appropriate.

Cost Control

  • Monitors cost aspects of the project within direct control to forecast final costs, identifies trends and takes action to avoid cost overruns.
  • Promotes implementation of VIP (value improving practices) on the assigned project to achieve overall effectiveness of the use of capital on projects.

Quality Management

  • Contributes to compliance with Worley policies and procedures.
  • Strong working knowledge of Worley engineering and procurement systems and procedures.

Team Management

  • Focuses team on achievement of milestones and other key project objectives.
  • Listens to the team, discusses the issues, resolves problems and directs activities to remove roadblocks and achieve objectives.

Design Management

  • Sets clear objectives to the design team, including achieving productivity and budget targets.
  • Ensures design team aware of, and complies with, applicable regulations and codes.
  • Manages inter-discipline interfaces effectively.

Job Summary

Act as second in command to lead the team in absence of Supervisor in daily inbound and outbound activities.

Support group in Warehouse Activities mainly concerned in to monitor personnel and provide support to achieve daily task and assignment. Will assume post as per assigned by Supervisor and Manager.

Job Responsibilities

•Support the Supervisors in any Warehouse activities specifically ensuring task will be completed as per management requirements

•Provide system and floor operations support to Supervisor to achieve daily task

•Cater Business demand in coordination with Supervisor In-charge

•Responsible to ensure that personnel had been following rules and protocol for inbound and outbound operations and as per agreedstandard requirements with management

•Support Supervisor in implementation of task assignedas per group or Business

•Support Supervisor in implementation of Safety in Work place and provide feedbacks concerning safety issues in his area

•Will support Supervisors to maintainbin accuracy and will report any discrepancy

•Maintain highest standards of housekeeping

•Ensure/Assist in the making daily and monthly reports submitted to management

•Provide assistance in stock counting

•Provide assistance in value added activities (Xcite Online activities / Labeling etc/ warehouse projects for improvements

•When required, will assume /do other warehouse role / activities as per Management / Superiors requirements

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee the smooth arrival and accurate processing of incoming products.
  • Liaise with suppliers on POs, QC issues, and GRN discrepancies.
  • Maintaining compliance and quality from dock to shelf your attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately no delays, no backlog.
  • Manage picking, packing, and shipping teams to meet SLAs with speed and precision.
  • Own the last-mile journey, coordinating with 3PLs and ensuring flawless handovers.
  • Keep our warehouse humming by ensuring accurate stock movement, expiry tracking, and FIFO principles.
  • Lead cycle counts, prevent shrinkage, and guarantee product visibility and traceability.
  • Handle returns, segregate damaged goods, and ensure all inventory is right where it should be.
  • Be the go-to for everything logistics from outbound dispatch to reverse logistics.
  • Optimize delivery routes, manage drivers, and ensure that every COD is accounted for.
  • Partner with third-party providers to make sure our service matches our customers’ expectations.
  • Drive performance through KPIs, coaching, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations and swift problem resolution.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years in operations, supply chain, logistics, or retail environment with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in 3PL warehouse environments is a big plus.
  • Proficient in WMS, ERP, inventory systems, and logistics platforms.
  • Power user of Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus!).
  • A born leader who can motivate and develop teams.
  • An analytical thinker who thrives on data-driven decision making.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, etc. Identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves. Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed. Maintain inventory and purchase orders log. Inspect tools, equipment, or machines. Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Operate power lift. Complete the life safety checklist, including the fire-pump run test and generator run test. Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems. Assist in development of disaster response protocols. Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. _The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:_
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Supervise and control the Maintenance Request System over their respective shifts.
2. Control and undertake assigned capital projects including construction and commissioning.
3. Perform general repairs and maintenance to all plant and equipment based on skill and experience level.
4. Carry out regular inspections of plant and equipment and ensure that inspections required by Government authorities are conducted and documented.
5. Carry out general room inspection, preventative maintenance inspections and repairs including scheduling of all these works.
6. Supervise and assist with the Fire Protection Preventative Maintenance Program.
7. Ensure Fire and Engineering safety features operate at peak efficiency.
8. Ensure proper records are kept relating to all plant and equipment for the hotel.
9. Ensure proper measures are taken to protect the environment and the Hotel's adherence to it.
10. Implements energy and water management systems to minimize wastage and costs.
11. Perform Preventative Maintenance and Condition Monitoring Programs.
12. Supervise the daily (over the three shifts) operation and maintenance of buildings, electrical and mechanical services, water features, fixtures, furnishings and equipment.
13. Liaise and supervise Property Maintenance Contractors on site and ensure appropriate standards are met.
14. Carry out all emergency repairs to all technical equipment related to individual's skill and experience level.
15. Ensure that workshops have adequate stock and materials in Stores and that all workshops are kept in a clean and safe environment.
16. Attend meetings as required.
17. Ensure that all associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards.
18. Conduct development and performance reviews.
19. Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively. This includes certification of all engineering associates.
20. Assist with the selection and appointment of new associates within the department.
21. Conduct regular staff meetings to keep all associates are fully informed

27. Encourage multi skilling of the engineering associates thereby improving productivity team diversity.

+ Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).
+ Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
+ Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor.
+ Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management and security/safety personnel.
