Supervises subordinate support for all litigation work, including their contributions in all aspects of legal research, discovery, depositions, motion practice, brief writing, trial work, appellate work, and amicus briefings.
- Is able to develop and maintain own litigation caseload, while monitoring and advising on the caseload of subordinates.
