We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Specialist to provide technical support and training for healthcare software applications. This role involves managing system integrations, performing system upgrades and testing, collaborating with vendors, and analyzing user needs to enhance application performance. You will play a key role in supporting digital transformation projects and ensuring the seamless operation of healthcare systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on healthcare software applications.
- Responsible for gathering requirements, performing system testing, upgrades and patch deployments, conducting testing, preparing documentation, and liaising with vendors for all assigned applications
- Actively participate in or lead projects related to the procurement, implementation, and integration of new healthcare systems and digital solutions.
- Manage integration between Healthcare Applications
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to application processes and configurations.
- Analyze user requirements and propose application enhancements.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes improving team knowledge and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of internal IT policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative initiatives to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders, seeking feedback and addressing concerns promptly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with relevant software applications (e.g., ERP, SAP, HIS systems).
- Bilingual (English & Arabic)
- Knowledge of database management and basic scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities Work is to be accomplished for the United States Air Force Central Command at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. Direct support will be provided to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron performing Base Security Operations and Support services at Al Dhafra AB, UAE; Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait; Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait; Prince Sultan AB (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA); Muwaffaq-Salti AB (MSAB), Jordan; Al Udeid AB, Qatar and in CONUS.
The Contractor shall:- Perform Commanders Support Staff functions, maintain duty status changes and prepare unit rosters including manpower reporting. Prepare commander’s staff meeting presentation.

- Forecast, review, and process evaluation reports and decorations. Conductadministrative support for in-processing and out-processing of all unit personnel. Attain access to all USAF personnel performance report/decoration tracking systems.

Qualifications Candidates must have:- Three (3) years of experience in preparing and processing administrative support actions relating to unit programs.

Help Desk Technical Tier I Support personnel perform a wide range of activities in providing information and assistance resources that troubleshoot problems with computers or similar products on the network.
