Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects from Inception (Business Case) to Completion of various sizes serving various business departments in a technical Environment
Job Responsibilities:
Project Initiation
- Determine objectives and measures to evaluate the completion of project
- Define scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
- Develop Project Initiation document and obtain required approvals
Project Planning
- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates resources to the activities and ensure team alignment on the Plan
- Lead Requirement Gathering Workshops to ensure Clear Scoped requirements are signed off,
Project Execution
- Manages, monitors and forecasts project execution and report on Scope Changes, SIT & UAT Activities and get required Sign Offs
- Arrange Deployment activities and Approvals including Go-Live Sign Offs , Pilot testing, Downtime Approvals, monitor and report post live support activities till completion
- Identify and anticipate risks and issues, facilitate resolution, mitigation and appropriate escalation to senior management.
Project Closure
- Ensure Proper Project Closure is Documented and Closure Process is Followed
- Contributes to projects life-cycle improvement through lessons learned, project archives etc
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications :
- PMP or Prince II Certified; Graduate degree in Finance, banking, Information Technology, Management.
Experience :
- 5 - 10 years of project management experience
- Understanding of Business and IT processes & procedures=
Job Specification
- Project Planning using Microsoft Project
- Exposure to Jira Confluence Is a plus.
Behavorial Skills
- Communication Team building, Ability to influence and win respect, Active listening

- Proven track record leading a similar sized operation in a similar operation.
- High level of awareness of Organizations operations including projects and initiatives.
- Initiate improvements to work process, where possible and allowed.
Experience:
- Around 10 years of experience in Aviation Industry and in particular maintenance with minimum two-year experience in a supervisor / Managerial role.
Qualifications
- Aeronautic Engineer or any other related Engineering degree.

- Have not less than 10 years Aircraft maintenance experience with minimum 7 years experience in program management with MSCI degree and preferably.
