The job holder will be an integral part of the finance team providing clear, accurate, and insightful business/financial analysis. They will also contribute to business planning and be included in project work and/or specialist ad hoc reporting.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Build an understanding of the value drivers of the business.
  2. Create analytics around key performance indicators to facilitate qualitative reporting. These may include:
    1. Business performance

    3. Business development opportunities
    4. Budgets and forecasts
    5. Market and revenue analysis
    6. Promotions and pricing
    7. Capital expenditure approvals
    8. Cash flow and working capital
    9. Cost level analysis
    10. Customer profitability
  3. Provide clear analysis to incorporate within the monthly reports designed to allow management to understand key continuing and developing trends.
  4. Provide support in the business planning and forecasting processes.
  5. Liaise with business managers in areas of expertise and through confident and clear communication develop a trusted partner status through high-quality support and decision-aiding analysis.

Candidate Requirements

  1. Professionally Qualified – CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent.
  2. 1-3 years of post-qualification professional experience within finance.
  3. Strong analytical skills; should be capable of identifying and interpreting key business drivers.
  4. Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts. Previous experience with ERP systems is desirable.
  5. Self-starter, able to work across functions and in teams. Results-driven, with the ability to perform on unstructured assignments.
  6. Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
  7. Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Scope:
The Financial Analyst, accountable for developing and using financial early warning forecast systems for the KUWAIT. Provides financial and budgetary forecasts for the region/countries to KUWAIT management for use in short and long-term company financial and budgetary planning. **Responsibilities**:
Sustainable Profitability of the Business
- Developing financial reports to support the region strategy
- High-level financial reporting and analysis
- Support the development of detailed budget and financial forecasts
- Design and maintain early alert process for financial tracking, ensuring accurate data for

all financial results
- Proactively carryout value-added analyses on financial data, supporting and testing information
- Support the Marketing Head in optimizing brand performance across the region and the key brands across the Region.
- Collaborate with financial control personnel to ensure consistent financial data reporting processes and results
- Provide perspective on business results across multiple countries and the Region
- Review statement of receivables with customers on monthly bases
- Review accruals with CFS on monthly bases
- Coordinates with admin team the promo budget
- Establish monthly reporting package, P&L, cash flow, expenses, etc.
- Prepare and submits the Latest Best Estimate (LBE) cycles
- Monitor overdue accounts / Prepare analysis of overdue
- Performs any other task/activity that might from time to time be identified by the manager.
- Data Entry: Enter financial data in a timely manner.
- Prepares financial, statistical and management reports
- Establish and maintains bonus, discount, sales deduction analysis and tracking reports
- Submits the reports and meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Adhere to company prescribed Policies and Procedures and inspire others.
