Required skills and qualifications

Job Description:

Additionally, the Dietitian will monitor progress towards the patient’s goals by evaluating laboratory results such as blood glucose levels or cholesterol levels etc., keeping accurate records of dietary advice provided to patients and attending meetings with doctors and other medical staff to discuss the progress of patients’ diets.

Direct and assist Stewards in order to make clean up more efficient. Ensure water temperature, and chemical levels are appropriate for cleaning and documented. Assist with Banquet plate-ups.
