**Objective**:
To do effective & efficient control of Laboratory testing as per plan& to do effective & efficient inspection as per plan.

**Responsibilities and Authorities**:

- Ensure availability of all Test methods & Acceptance Criteria for all required tests.
- Maintain all Laboratory tests (physical / Chemical/ Micro-biological) are done as per procedures & plans and all testing equipment’s used at Laboratory are calibrated on time as per procedure.
- Provide Certificate of Analysis as per final product.
- Verify our product test certificates along with third party Laboratories (Municipality)
- Maintain Laboratory test results and other related quality records.
- Monitor all product non-Conformities are handled as per procedure.
- Manage any additional assignments given by QC Head.
- Check all inspections & tests are done as per procedures & plans.
- Ensure Laboratory control along with Lab In-charge.
- Monitoring & measurement of Critical Control Points (CCPs)
- Analysis of all non-conformities (Rejection / Rework/ Customer returns).
- Check effective and efficient implementation of HACCP & Quality Management Systems in Factory.
- Follow up pest control activities, and cleaning company.

**Recommended education and experience**:

- Graduate in Microbiology /Food Technology.
- Over 3 years of experience at Laboratory of food Processing Industry, out of that 1 years must be at Supervisory Level.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Own and develop Contract & SAF Scanning & Archiving Processes for ooredoo Kuwait (mainly B2C & B2B with attention to other departments requirements)

Allocate work appropriately to the team on a daily basis taking into account the each team member’s workload and skill levels.

Ensure work is completed on time and maintain team at the required number and experience.

As an expert to intervene as required and resolve complex issues or answer staff questions.

Convene daily briefings at the commencement of each shift to review the previous day’s performance, advice of any new developments and provide a forum for exchange of views.

Open and maintain communication channel with Sales teams responsible for SAF delivery (received, rejected and missing).

Identify, analyse and act on opportunities to improve archiving processes, making recommendations and implementing as appropriate.

Qualifications

Bachelors in business or a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.
