️ Key Responsibilities
- Analyze logistics operations and identify system improvement opportunities.
- Customize and manage ERP systems to support shipping, inventory, and delivery workflows.

- Monitor system data related to shipments, storage, and inventory transfers.
- Coordinate with government systems (e.g., Kuwait Post, IPS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow up on issues raised via Al Sheraa customer mobile applications.
- Prepare regular reports for internal departments and ministry requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in system analysis or ERP support, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., Exceed, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position based in Kuwait.
- Occasional presence required at operational or warehouse sites.
