- Review clients’ feedback and accordingly suggest improvements for reports and forms to Technical
- Engineering Manager.
- Update MSDS and Labels files in all vehicles.
- Handle efficient filing and electronic archiving systems.
- Update and follow up on the sanitation and proofing recommendations’ list delivered to clients.
- Cooperate with all Operations Units to improve the quality output of the operations.
- Prepare the call backs analysis on weekly basis.
- Assist the Technical Engineering Manager in the preparation of suitable training materials.
- Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/or lack of cooperation by the client requires follow-up action by the Technical Manager.
- Prepare Service Reports Report and other technical reports and send them to clients within predefined deadlines.
- Prepare Audit files and documents of audited clients and keep them updated.
- Coordinate, advise and follow up with clients on sanitation and proofing recommendations.
- Represent Rentokil-Boecker in exhibitions, forums, and other events.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, Entomology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in pest management or related field.
- Proficiency in English and/or Arabic is a must.

The role entails
- Management of a professional support team, including skills development and performance management
- Operational control, shift scheduling, accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Act as the customer escalation contact, and ensure that such escalations are addressed appropriately

…work in a dynamic and exciting engineering role in Linux-based infrastructure and applications, covering all layers of the stack, including bare metal, virtualization (KVM), containerization (Docker/LXC/LXD), storage (Ceph and Linux filesystems), networking (OVS, OVN and Core networking), OpenStack, Kubernetes and the open source applications running on top of them. - Engage directly with customers and work collaboratively by phone, ticketing system, and remote sessions to resolve their issues.
- Participate in a regular weekend working rotation.
- Contribute new knowledge base articles and maintain existing articles, ensuring shared knowledge and lessons learned are available to customers.

- Hands-on and extensive working experience in supporting Linux systems including 3 or more of:
- Virtualization / Cloud - primarily using KVM or OpenStack.
- Containers - especially with Docker, LXD/LXC, or Kubernetes.
- Storage technologies - block, object and network.
- Networking (bonding, firewalling, bridging, switching, network file system tuning, MTU issues, etc.).
- Cloud computing expertise in provisioning, monitoring, orchestration, etc.
- Advanced troubleshooting experience:
- Linux integration with other environments (authentication/directory services, network file systems, etc.).
- Ability to navigate effectively stack traces and logs, and advise on next steps.
- Solid understanding of OS and Application level bugs and when to escalate to the correct team.
- Programming fundamentals in any language.
