Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Architect with deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a working knowledge of Microsoft Azure to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise cloud architecture. This role will be instrumental in shaping the organization’s hybrid/multi-cloud strategy, ensuring high availability, cost efficiency, scalability, and compliance across all cloud-hosted workloads.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Architecture & Design
- Lead the design of secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures on AWS.
- Provide architectural guidance for deploying cloud-native applications and migrating legacy systems to AWS.
- Recommend and implement best practices for hybrid cloud environments involving AWS and Azure.
Governance, Security & Compliance
- Implement and enforce cloud governance frameworks, security policies, and compliance controls (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Design multi-account structures, identity federation (IAM, SSO), and zero-trust network architecture.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on data protection, encryption, and threat modeling.
Automation & Optimization
- Lead infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and optimize cloud costs, resource utilization, and performance KPIs.
- Implement DevSecOps practices to ensure continuous integration and deployment with security baked in.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on AWS and Azure cloud solutions for internal teams and business stakeholders.
- Mentor DevOps and Infrastructure engineers; support skill development across teams.
- Evaluate and select third-party cloud tools, vendors, and services based on business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/cloud, with 5+ years hands-on in AWS .
- Strong experience designing enterprise architectures using AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (VMs, VNets, Azure AD, Storage, etc.).
- Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible , or similar IaC tools.
- Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, EKS, AKS).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, CodePipeline).
- Familiarity with enterprise networking, VPN, direct connect, DNS, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
Preferred Certifications

**Requirements**:
- Required to have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering, or in a relevant field.

- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- 5-10 years’ work experience designing, executing, and supporting IT Cloud solutions.

Alghanim Industries . We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our identity, collaboration, and cloud services. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365 (M365), and Azure cloud technologies, supporting a secure and scalable hybrid IT environment. Job Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and optimize Active Directory (AD), including Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Domain Controllers. Troubleshoot authentication, replication, and domain trust issues across on-premises and cloud environments. Implement and maintain AD security best practices including Privileged Access Management (PAM) and tiered administration models. Lead AD migrations, upgrades, and disaster recovery initiatives. Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. Implement governance and policies for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint permissions, and OneDrive synchronization. Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, security groups, and tenant configurations. Deploy and support Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Conditional Access Policies, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Implement and manage Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity synchronization. Configure Enterprise Applications, Single Sign-On (SSO), and OAuth authentication mechanisms. Enforce Azure RBAC and other identity security best practices. Manage and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) with AD, DNS, and DHCP roles. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Automation. Monitor identity logs and analytics to detect anomalies and ensure compliance with security policies. Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to ensure seamless integration across systems. Provide Tier 3 support for complex identity, authentication, and collaboration issues. Maintain up-to-date documentation, SOPs, and technical knowledge bases. Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD in enterprise environments. Proven expertise in Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and troubleshooting. Experience with Azure AD Connect, Identity Federation, and Conditional Access configurations. Deep understanding of Office 365 security and compliance features. Experience with Office 365 migrations, upgrades, and tenant management. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Skills
Advanced PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 and Azure automation. Solid understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls. Experience with email security solutions and filtering technologies. Familiarity with ITIL or other IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks. Education
