1. Familiar with Capital Program Administration – CPA Team functions such as Project Gate System (PGS) or Well Delivery Project Gate System (WDPGS) for both Subsurface and Surface integration. Project Evaluation, Prioritization, Tracking of projects to best-fit Budget allocation & Approval Processes, Capital Program & Project Progress Reporting. Mapping of business processes/or improvements. Economics analysis like calculating the Net Present Value (NPV) and/or the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and/or Internal Rate of Return (IRR).etc.
2. Familiar with Capital Budget Control – CBC Team functions such as Experienced with all aspects of the Capital Budgeting functions such as the preparation and management of the Capital Budget Book and Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) processes. Expertise in coordinating the various steps in the preparation of the Capital Budget Book. As custodians of the company’s Capital Budget Book to ensure that the capital budget is produced in a timely manner and controlled throughout the financial budgeting cycle. Exceptional analytical skills in order to investigate budgeting and accounting reports for the purpose of, maintaining robust capital expenditure controls. Instrumental in the consolidation of the company’s annual re-phasing of expected capital expenditure, providing analysis of the major variances to the original plan, and providing financial and business expertise in all areas of the company’s capital administration.
3. Familiar with Strategic Planning – SP Team functions such as developing the Long – Term Strategic Plan, conducting regular Health of Strategy Checks, and setting the direction for the organization by developing the Business Guidelines. Working with the Assets to develop the annual Asset Action Plan, extracting the Five-Year Plan for reporting purposes and consolidating the annual 72-month production forecast and the quarterly 18-months production forecast. Key processes also include efficiently allocating rig resources based on prioritized Asset needs and responding to ad-hoc demands by top management.
4. Familiar with Performance Management – PM Team functions such as Balanced Scorecards, Strategy Maps, scenario planning, gap analysis, Key Performance Indicators, performing gap analysis, design implement, and continuously improve the organization's performance management framework, tools, and processes. Coordinate and manage Quarterly performance review cycles. Provide training and support to Managers and employees on performance management best practices. Monitor and report on performance management metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with company Directorates to align performance goals with organizational objectives. Recommend and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) when necessary.
Skills
- Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry (Surface & Sub-Surface) specialized Corporate Planning services in O&G industry with a minimum of (5) years as Consultant, Planning.
- Must be computer literate and effluent in English speaking and writing.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision, proactive and oriented to multitask.

Overview
We are seeking a full-time Senior Consultant to join the Middle East Services team, reporting to the Middle East Services Manager.
A Senior Consultant s primary role is to design and execute the implementation of solutions for our clients, as well as support solutions previously implemented. You will act as the technical face of the organization, establishing trust with our clients by helping them solve their business problems and improve their processes. Above all else, quality work and client satisfaction are our top priorities.
A Senior Consultant is expected to demonstrate the ability to not only handle projects to completion but to be the trusted advisor to the clients. They also possess the ability to articulate the company vision, describe solutions and the benefits of each to a current or prospective client.
The successful candidate will be able to transition rapidly between hands-on project delivery within individual projects in support of overall program goals and deliverables, and high-level relationship building and program strategy execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of project execution success implementing or utilizing business-oriented IT/Software solutions within the Oil and Gas industry with a particular focus on production forecasting workflows.
Location : Kuwait on-site position, no remote work possible
Responsibilities
• Participate as a member of the Services team from understanding the clients business requirements all the way to implementation and support of Quorum s solutions aided by Quorum s project and program management methodology and best practices for the organization.
• Understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the project on schedule and budget by communicating progress and expectations and escalating issues for awareness and/or resolution.
• Perform software implementations at leading oil and gas companies.
• Hands-on in delivery of projects in support of overall program goals and deliverables.
• Ensure that clients needs are fulfilled by providing professional high-quality service and assistance before, during and after customer's requirements are met.
• Support clients through go-live process and a play key role in promoting solution adoption.
• Frequently and proactively communicate project deliverables including managing expectations, presenting and interfacing with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Solve challenging technical support questions related to the solution suite.
• Work effectively across internal departments (product development, solutions architects, quality assurance, sales, marketing).
• Provide solution training/coaching to clients and employees.
• Provide support/coaching to junior consultant
• And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• University Degree Petroleum, Industrial, Mechanical, Geology, Engineering, Economics or Business Management degree.
• Software implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
• Knowledge of the upstream oil and gas industry.
• Experience in Oil and Gas Upstream Planning, Petroleum Economics or Reservoir Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience on the above
• Strong technical skills, with ability to think through details without losing sight of the big picture.
• Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development and process mapping.
• Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business process challenges.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Good verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to build effective internal and customer relationships.
• Ability to learn and master new technologies.
• Detail oriented and customer focused.
• Software implementation background or experience working for a software company.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Ability to develop trust with clients, including technical staff and management.
• Eligible to work in Kuwait. The selected candidate will work at the client offices.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

You will act as the technical face of the organization, establishing trust with our clients by helping them solve their business problems and improve their processes. A Senior Consultant is expected to demonstrate the ability to not only handle projects to completion but to be the trusted advisor to the clients. They also possess the ability to articulate the company vision, describe solutions and the benefits of each to a current or prospective client.
The successful candidate will be able to transition rapidly between hands-on project delivery within individual projects in support of overall program goals and deliverables, and high-level relationship building and program strategy execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of project execution success implementing or utilizing business-oriented IT/Software solutions within the Oil and Gas industry with a particular focus on production forecasting workflows.
Location : Kuwait on-site position, no remote work possible
Responsibilities
Participate as a member of the Services team from understanding the clients’ business requirements all the way to implementation and support of Quorum’s solutions aided by Quorum’s project and program management methodology and best practices for the organization. Understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the project on schedule and budget by communicating progress and expectations and escalating issues for awareness and/or resolution. Perform software implementations at leading oil and gas companies. Hands-on in delivery of projects in support of overall program goals and deliverables. Ensure that clients’ needs are fulfilled by providing professional high-quality service and assistance before, during and after customer's requirements are met. Support clients through go-live process and a play key role in promoting solution adoption. Frequently and proactively communicate project deliverables including managing expectations, presenting and interfacing with stakeholders and sponsors. Solve challenging technical support questions related to the solution suite. Work effectively across internal departments (product development, solutions architects, quality assurance, sales, marketing). Provide solution training/coaching to clients and employees. Provide support/coaching to junior consultant And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
University Degree – Petroleum, Industrial, Mechanical, Geology, Engineering, Economics or Business Management degree. Software implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support. Knowledge of the upstream oil and gas industry. Experience in Oil and Gas Upstream Planning, Petroleum Economics or Reservoir Engineering. 10+ years of experience on the above Strong technical skills, with ability to think through details without losing sight of the big picture. Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development and process mapping. Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business process challenges. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams. Good verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to build effective internal and customer relationships. Ability to learn and master new technologies. Detail oriented and customer focused. Software implementation background or experience working for a software company. Experience in Project Management. Ability to develop trust with clients, including technical staff and management. Eligible to work in Kuwait. The selected candidate will work at the client offices.
