Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance
  • 7-9 years of finance and accounting experience, especially in Financial Reporting and Consolidation

  3. Oversee the financial affairs of the organization, including the supervision of investments, accounting and budgeting in accord with applicable regulations, IFRS, and generally accepted accounting principles
  4. Consult and advise the executive management on the review and approval of the annual operative and yearly budget submission
  5. Direct, manage, and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  6. Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
  7. Leading the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  8. Collaborating with executive management to guide strategic decision-making with financial insights and analysis.
  9. Managing relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
  10. Ensuring compliance with all financial laws and regulations, including tax planning, compliance, and audits.
  11. Providing leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  12. Prepare periodic and end of the year financial statements to meet regulatory requirements and management needs, for decision-making purposes
  13. Prepare specialized financial reports for the investment rating institutes, and other external & governmental agencies.
  14. Implement financial policies and procedures as required to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the organization and its affiliated and related corporations.
  15. Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports and statements
  16. Evaluate the performance of, and provide training and development opportunities for finance staff
Job Requirements

A. Education

  • College or University Graduate (preferable higher level of education MBA, etc.…) in the field of Finance

B. Professional Experience

  • From twelve (12) to Fifteen (15) years’ experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within finance.
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ recent experience as a top financial executive.

C. Competencies Required

  • Proficiency in MS Office packages such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint Presentation; e-mail and internet etiquette, business valuation, acquisition, feasibility studies, business plan presentations, data research and interpretation.
  • Knowledgeable with risk assessment.
  • Management skills related to strategic financial management.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and the IFRS
  • Knowledge in preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting, budget formulation, and control
  • Familiarity with related government sectors’ regulations
  • Leadership and personal effectiveness
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Satisfactory in Arabic language
  • Physically and mentally fit for the job
