Setting goals and objectives for the development team and ensuring they are met. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers and other team members. Evaluating the performance of team members and providing constructive feedback. Facilitating continuous improvement within the development team and processes following best practices such as ITIL and other international standards. Ensuring the team follows best practices for software development, security, and operations. Maintaining and enhancing KDD Application and Enterprise footprint following best practices. Developing front-end web architecture and designing user interactions on web pages. Building and maintaining back-end server-side applications and databases. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute product features. Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code. Developing and implementing security and data protection measures. Ensuring the scalability and performance of applications. Keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development. Providing technical guidance and reviewing code to ensure it meets established standards. Creating technical documentation and user documentation. Executing Management directives as required. Complying with Health, Safety and Environment regulations. Required Qualification: Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Work Experience:
5-8 Years Required Professional Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of developers. Strong ability to motivate and inspire team members. Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in software development. Ability to promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Strong time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
