The Field Service Representative (FSR) provides operation, maintenance, and supply support for the Joint Portal Shield (JPS) Systems.
Essential Job Functions:- Perform daily operation and maintenance tasks for the JPS system at field sites.
- Provide operation, maintenance, and supply support for the JPS System.
- Perform maintenance actions including Operator’s, Field Level, and Sustainment Level maintenance to keep the JPS operational.

The Computer Service Technician applies understanding, knowledge, and guidance of information systems hardware and software to provide problem resolution, diagnosis, and solutions in a service center environment.
