Training Project Manager – Service – Food Division

Full Job Description

The Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our passionate and energetic team to drive service standards and bring results across our wide range of brands in the Food Division. Using a structured approach, you will gather and analyse data; identify gaps and opportunities; and develop solutions which result in improved customer experiences.

* Must have previous F&B experience (full service restaurant experience strongly preferred)
* 5 years + experience of restaurant operations
* Must have strong restaurant observation skills and feedback skills
* Demonstrate previous results in improved service
* Be a great communicator at all levels.
