Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations region, specifically focusing on Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successful sales management within these industries, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the GCC market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives within the GCC market, with a particular focus on FMCG or Pharmaceuticals.

2. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand market share and increase revenue.

4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners within the GCC region.

5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

7. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

8. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and market dynamics affecting the FMCG or Pharmaceuticals sectors in the GCC region.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management within the FMCG or Pharmaceuticals industry, specifically in the GCC market.

3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

9. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages spoken in the GCC region is a plus.

10. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the GCC countries as needed.
