Al-Kuwait is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in the recruitment field, and have a strong understanding of job market trends and the ability to identify top talent.

As Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions that match Al-Kuwait’s needs. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, as well as managing the onboarding process for new hires. Additional duties include creating job postings, handling outreach initiatives, conducting reference checks, and tracking employee performance over time.
