Full Job Description
Present Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that the safety standards are maintained as per the company’s safety policies.
- Ensure safe working environment
- Set-up the quality control standards and necessary quality checks.
- Full responsibility for product development and setting the technical specs of mix design as per the specific client’s requirements
- Manage technical department in order to maximise advantages to the company.
- Liaise and provide customers with credible, accurate and current information on the company product ranges.
- Manage outsourced functions.
- Support Operations and Sales in securing major contracts.
- Evaluation of raw materials & product quality and take corrective action when necessary.
- Participate in all raw material price negotiations.
- Liaise with the QA/QC Incharge with respect to technical issues.
- Technical support to the sales team and site assistance.
- Training of the company staff about the new products where they should be used and how they should be used.
- Responsible for mix design cost reduction (Design + Optimization).
- Actively participates in the company research projects.
- Developing, implementing and directing the processes that result in a specific level of quality for manufactured items are among the responsibilities of a QA/QC manager.
Skills
- Have a good Manufacturing & construction experience
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, standards, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control and root cause analysis
