Phlebotomist job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for a motivated and experienced phlebotomist to join our growing team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood specimens from patients for laboratory testing, research, transfusions, donations, or other procedures. This position requires the ability to assess a patient's condition and accurately perform venipunctures with minimal discomfort. The successful candidate must be highly organized with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing compassionate care.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: experience in venipuncture and blood specimen collection; excellent interpersonal skills; good knowledge of safety precautions; understanding of laboratory protocols; attention to detail; and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience is not required but is preferred.
