Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:·Manage and oversee the daily operations of the insurance department, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures·Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness·Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action·Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including training and development, performance management, and goal setting·Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication·Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and ensure compliance·Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies·Prepare and present reports on departmental performance, budgets, and forecasts·Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction·Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolutionSkills·Requirement open for Indian nationals·Required Bachelors / Master's degree in related field·Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations·Required experience of5-10 years in related field
