Please find below, the scope of responsibilities
for the said position:
1. Search and build up database of
prospective clients who are interested in renting apartments.
2.
Responsible for renting of available/vacant apartments to increase
company's profitability.
3. Schedule and conduct apartment viewings
with clients and be able to positively convince them to rent from our
company.
4. Assist in maintaining and updating of the listings of
available apartments. This includes but not limited to creating copies
for advertisements that will be posted in different real estate
portals and the company website.
5. Explore and create accounts for
our company in widely used social media platforms like Facebook, Snap
Chat, and Instagram and be responsible for advertisement postings and
updating of its contents.
6. Assist the Vice President in the
preparations of necessary paper works (lease contracts and leases)
upon confirmation of the client to sign the lease contract.
7.
Responsible for the smooth operation of the Reception Area, focusing
primarily in answering and resolving clients and tenants' inquiries,
concerns, and issues after reporting and thorough discussions with the
Vice President.
