Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1400 KWD per
Month
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lawyer to join
our legal team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be
responsible for providing legal advice and services to our clients, as
well as representing them in court proceedings. We are open to
considering an immigrant for this position.
The successful
candidate will have a degree in law, as well as extensive experience
working in the field of law. They must be knowledgeable about the laws
and regulations of both Al-Kuwait and the region, and be able to
interpret these laws accurately. The ideal candidate is a strong
communicator with excellent negotiation skills, and experience in
handling complex legal issues.
The key responsibilities of this
position include:
• Providing legal advice on different matters
such as contracts, property rights, taxation, labor laws etc.
•
Representing clients in court proceedings such as civil suits or
criminal cases
• Drafting, reviewing or negotiating contracts
between clients and other parties
• Researching and writing
legal documents such as briefs or memoranda of law
• Analyzing
relevant data from primary or secondary sources
• Keeping up to
date with any changes in relevant laws or regulations
•
Creating strategies to reduce the risk of litigation for
clients
