Air Traffic Controller

in support of LOGCAP V. Join our team and grow with us as we provide best in-class services that help clients solve their most complex challenges.Your ImpactThe Air Traffic Controller provides for the safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of air traffic in the assigned airspace or airport and assists aircraft in distress or emergency situations.Receive, post, and relay flight data information, clearances, and messages.Issue arrival and departure instructions, aviation weather information, and special advisories to aircraft operating under their control.Issue information and clearances for properly separating and sequencing aircraft and monitors the flight progress of aircraft.Issue information and instructions for the orderly movement of traffic (aircraft, vehicles, and pedestrians) in the movement area.Coordinate with other controllers, facilities, and agencies to provide prompt ATC services.Coordinate arrival and departure times with flight operations.Coordinate ramp and refuel services for aircraft.Assist aircraft in emergency or distress situations.Maintain facility logs.Perform operator-level equipment checks and advise maintenance personnel and Facility Chief of any outages.Follow FAA, ICAO, DOD, and host nation aviation regulations and procedures.Complete annual weather training to take and disseminate supplemental weather observations.Assist in facility operations as directed by Shift Leader.Who You AreRequired QualificationsMust have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.Must be able to speak, read and write English fluentlyMust maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date.Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment dateMust satisfy and maintain CENTCOM MOD-17 medical requirements to include COVID-9 vaccinationsMust be able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.Additional Required QualificationsAbility to travel domestically and internationallyGraduate of a US military air traffic control school or FAA Academy.Air Traffic Control Specialist (ATCS) certificate.FAA Control Tower Operator Certificate of CTO Certificate of Grades.Military MOS Army 15Q training preferred.Three (3) or more years of commercial and / or military experience in air traffic services.Must have or be able to obtain a

Secret Clearance.Ability to pass

Class IV Army flight physical.Ability to work night and day shift in austere environment.Some heavy lifting may be required.Living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
